- What do you currently do, what are your business aspirations and what do you hope to benefit from by joining this community?
- My current focus is crowdfunding as a Crowdfund Lawyer and also as a Crowdfund Consultant. I help nonprofit organizations, business clients, and investor communities to prepare for equity-based and non-equity-based crowdfunding.
As a lawyer I help entrepreneurs, business owners and families handle business law, asset protection, and estate planning matters. These include incorporations, LLC formation, wills, trusts, lease agreement and contract review, and other business and legal matters.
I routinely draft, revise, and negotiate documents related to the establishment and financing of small and start-up businesses, such as articles of incorporation, shareholder agreements, operating agreements, corporate by-laws, investment agreements, lease agreements, and strategic business plans.
Ambrose Moses, III received his law degree from The Ohio State University College of Law. He specializes in . He is licensed to practice in the State of Ohio and has handled cases in both state and federal courts.

Is Your Business Structure Complete?
Sometimes, a new business owner “bootstraps” it and ventures out to set up her corporation or limited liability company herself. Not knowing any better, she files with the secretary of state (hopefully the proper forms) and receives a certificate in the mail.
