I like that I always learn something new:  Like gold nuggets of information.

I recently finished reading The Dream Giver by Bruce Wilkinson and found it to be very insightful.

There are so many good books out there if I only found the time...

Welcome aboard Beverly!  Your comments really define what Mentor Me is all about.  I know we've talked and as I said, I'm really looking forward to helping you get the oar in the water so you're not feeling stuck anymore!

Hi, the last comment was just to make sure I joined up correctly. I was really impressed with the first WISE Women Mentor Me! meeting earlier this month. It was great to meet other entrepreneurial types and Nancy Stoll. Hearing others stories and getting great feedback is stimulating and motivating and this is a great resource. I was kind of dead in the water but I feel like I'm moving forward again.

Hi everyone, at last week's Mentor Me Too group we were discussing web site hosting and SEO since I'm working to move my site off my current host. Someone said that Wordpress is not a good option and doesn't get good SEO rankings. I decided to consult Katie Swinehart who really knows about these things and here is her clarification:

Wordpress is very SEO friendly.  Google loves wordpress.  The trick is to go with wordpress.org a href="http://wordpress.org">http://wordpress.org> where you pay for your own hosting and you own your website.  Wordpress.com is the free site such as yoursite.wordpress.com a href="http://yoursite.wordpress.com">http://yoursite.wordpress.com> and you do not own your site.

So, go with .org and you’ll be fine!

I'm so thankful I got the opportunity to participate in Mentor Me and meet Nancy! I met amazing women and built great relationships! I love telling my friends how impactful this group was for us and our business. I will be coming soon to see you ladies! Have a great day!
